No tailings, no first nations to deal with. You are seriously misconstruing how long permitting will take just as bad as the pumpers suggesting it will be running by the end of this year.
The timeline of DSO by 2026 (if we're lucky) and probably 2027 is quite realistic. No 20 year process for DSO and also no 1 year process. The clock has already started ticking on this, as work has been ongoing. Dave states it himself in the video.
