It's not semantics because you won't issue a retraction. I have defended you when other posters called you names because I only want to discuss the content of people's arguments, not the people. But in this case, your argument is invalid and the latest video from Dave says otherwise.

So you either think he's not telling the market the truth, or you are wrong and it's not "onto the permitting process".
