@littleblackduck, I believe the terms of the loan to LO was that he would be "given" a loan shares or in other words a loan to "purchase" 3 tranches of shares, 12mil (2018) at 50% premium, 12mil (2019) at 75% premium) and 16mil (2020) at 100% premium. Hence practically no money transaction then but LO would have the shares (24mil of which he took up) but that he would pay for them as per loan details.

I also note he has close to no skin in the company other than these shares and a bismal 2.1mil indirect shares. In other words, over more than 2 decades, he has simply milked the company for salaries. Thanks NOT Mr Cairman Patrick Elliot, for thanking LO for his "services" to the company.

Pls correct me if I'm wrong in my understanding above, ...

Question 1: Has LO (really or at all) paid for any of those shares yet?!

Question 2: Do any of LO's "services" to the company (as mentioned by Elliot, "especially around Zambian venture") have any link to un-auditable overseas "investment" accounts (e.g. in British Vergin Islands)? I would suggest shareholders consider asking this question of the company.
