BTW, if (for example) things go down the path of regulator (ASIC) or legal path, they are not concerned if you have just one shares or if u r a substantial holder. In fact most decent managements consider a concern also based on content. It is only those like this mob and Patrick Elliot (as there is evidence for) who take advantage of whether the number of hares behind a concern reaches a regulatory number and then ignore/deflect the concern ...
