the only time i ever got a response was when I pointed out an error in their statements to the public and prospectus for a cash raising that where misleading which they conveniently advised was an administrative error.... Still waiting to hear back as to why LO didn't take up his full entitlement in that raising for shares that he was a beneficial owner of (Loan share agreement he had with the company) when it said all directors will take up their full entitlement.
The BoD are as bad as PWC in Canberra...@Evan84 there was a group that was talking to management run off HC but it came to no avail. I'd happily join any action anyone is contemplating. I watched to saga play out at TVN with interest to see how one could approach such an exercise to get maximum bang for buck and believe having a big hitter onboard is imperative with financial creditability.
