I bought back in today on these wide intercepts. EFE has JVs with majors on both spodumene and lepidolite minerals (and presumably any other economic lithium minerals).
Spod and lepidolite usually occur in the same deposits. The ore is crushed and separated. In Trigg Hill's case, if a mixed ore is revealed, as is likely, these separate streams could be sold downstream via the two partners, where normally the lepidolite is wasted as tailings.
An economic find of either mineral species will be a good result, given the JV partner's intentions.
