My only comment is I doubt they will get funding if they haven’t made the purchase decision, investors want surety on where the funds are going (no point saying it’s for the REE project if there isn’t one post Dec). I think we go as follows.
1. receive those priority results (next few weeks)
2. decision to purchase made - assume positive (early Dec)
3. drum up interest (now to early Dec)
4. raise a week after decision to purchase.

Some funds won’t touch this until the deal is done (that will be their tick). So a retail I think we can take advantage of that.
