I would be surprised if that happens anytime soon. They just did a raise a few months ago at 25c for 5 million. They had 3 million at the end of last Q. The REE drilling is very cheap for them (shallow and they are using their own kit). The next raise will be after the decision on the REE purchase (decision by end of year), they will want the market to know that they have decided to proceed and the due diligence was positive. Everyone will have a better idea of where the money will go. By that point I would expect there will be plenty interest in the stock given the certainty around the REE purchase and they can raise at a decent price (not 25c).
