IMHO a trade halt was called, most likely for the aftermath of the US election. Think last time Brexit where this share price took a nose dive. Better to be safe than sorry, and look if that involves two days without trading then so be it. This is looking positive today. If it holds at 2.8 we will see further steady up moves to the 3 cent mark this week - cheers
