    If you want to earn money in 2-5 days, you go for Sell, but, you don't need to be rocket scientist to understand that a place next to DLI with multiple thick Pegmatite would sit in this price range. With current intercepts and DLI result, I can sit around comfortably and will look back my portfolio later. IMO and DYOR.
