We need to pay bills, pay staff, contractors etc as there's not been the expected income from November last year hencevthe negative cash flow. I expect there's a lot of selling at this price as it was this time last year there was a lot of buying ... they can all now avoid the capital gains tax. Let's hope the buyers from last year especially hold on longer rather try to gain personally so that the momentum is kept for the longer term! Now that's being corporately responsible!
