    They don't care!

    I think at this stage, I have no other option but to sell. The risk of holding and being further screwed is not worth the risk.
    I would have prefered to remain a long term holder and reap future rewards, in 'normal conditions'.

    I am in invested in 3 other companies that are currently being taken over but by different methods eg shareholder vote.
    This one seems the least fair.
