Just had my call too...
My feedback was that I won't be accepting current offer. Feedback was:
- $1.075 was underwhelming
- Board had unanimously recommended taking the (lower) original offer - very little indication of whether there was much negotiation, nor was the process open for accepting superior offers from other parties....
- No clarity on the dividend (due payment September) and the franking credits
