Those that purchased from October '21 to March '22 did that at $0.70 to $0.80. Let's say that gain is ~ $0.30c per share, and income tax rate is 33%, They would be better off ~ 5c per share if they hold for compulsory (providing that 12 month holding will pass in the meantime, for CGT discount).

That is, of course, unless Theiss decides to play dirty - and they're not highly regarded for their business ethics.

Thanks. I've held for longer than 12 months. I ended up selling on market, NPV and all that...
