don't see how thiess's internal corporate governance would permit such a strategic alliance if there wasn't a high likelihood this LOI would leads to a material outcome and mining in 2023. they must have their finger close to the pulse and can see a financing deal also. I hope my assumptions are correct. I see today's announcement as really positive. imho .
