    I guess they feel that the Minimum price value per share will be raised at 30 cents. That's a bold statement to be said when your SP is 17.5.

    imIt looks like they are setting the floor for the SP. That said we will definitely need news to drive the price north of today.

    I hope for the record they atleast earn 30 million on the LDA lol.
