I agree with what you are saying. Realm is worth way more than the 2 bucks as I suggested but I image most holders would probably accept $2 to be done with it

I'm saying from a business perspective their plan is inefficient and that they could do better by just getting the deal done

They have 217 million shares and let say they have a market value of 4 bucks thats 868 million bucks of value. Not sure how much they borrowed but 868 mill at 5% is 43 mill a year. So I reckon its costing them at least that to carry on this way.

If it was me I'd just get on with it so I could move on to the next project.
