It covers a lot of trials and gives some numbers that may be of interest.
PTX-200, triciribine, is a type of Akt inhibitor. There is good, basic info on the Wikipedia page. If you follow the link in footnote 13 you can read the results of a previous (similar, but not the same) phase 1 trial.
