Not sure how you can say lacks efficacy in a refractory (ie failed treatment) group when 20% are cured?
With regards, statistical significance, with a denominator of 15 patients statistical significance is hard to achieve, however, I'm not even sure what hypothesis you're suggesting has not been demonstrated with statistical significance...
Better to be careful with the language you use, otherwise you're simply muddying the waters
