Yes wondering the same, been some issues with continuous disclosure , i think if an offer was made by company mine performance duress, then some questions regarding management's performance with regards to asic rules would need to be investigated.

The fact they have had to double filter press capacity is questionable , i can understand 20 percent under engineered but 50%? only half intended capacity seems almost someone needs to pay the company compensation... or management needs the sack....

The vacuum of information only benefits those with the information.. and that's workers/management and anyone else closely involved or related ,, that is why there are disclosure rules in place... reg shareholders have not been updated as should be in such an important process of starting up a mine and plant... and hence the share price declines under a grey cloud of uncertainty and lack of forthcoming info in announcements.
