Hi @Roostar, I think your comment about "cap raising our share register into oblivion again" is probably a reasonable summary of what ADG has achieved over the past few years in terms of underwhelming and generally shizen-houzen performance.

SP has started drilling into $0.005, so ADG are already 50% south of their post-consolidation share price just 12 months ago.

It'll be interesting to see what the cap raise offer price turns out to be over the next 12 months....'subterranean / sub-basement' are some words that come to mind (at this stage).
