I suggest you need to get an idea of where Joshua Letcher is coming from. He describes himself as a Entrepreneur, Futurist, Strategic Innovator, Venturer, Resources Expert, Data Strategist. He set up and runs a company that is looking to produce water on the moon. He was a submariner and set up a diamond exploration company in Africa. I like him for his energy and purpose. But I am far more cautious than I suspect he is.
