I am wondering the same thing. TPD only a 33% interest (from memory)
There also is the performance shares and rights to consider to add to total SOI and therefore future near term dilution.
TPD doing a consolidation 20-1 to reduce their 6billion? shares to 300mill (obviously SP will adjust)
TMK have potentially 1.6-2 billion additional to add with performance hurdles to make their total SOI around 4.5billion, which seems excessive and over 2/3 dilution.
I am interested in TMK but keep getting stuck on the hurdles as they seem quite easy targets as there were 100s of preliminary holes historically completed in the tenement to know what is there already.
