re: Ann: Third high purity separated rare ear... I don't think it's a lack of interest so much as the fact that this news has been expected for some time. If the news had been bad, you'd be seeing a lot of selling. As it is, the general reaction is probably more along the lines of "yeah, that's what we figured, so when are you guys going to get some financing to actually build the damn mine?"

Even a couple of large contracts for supply would be useful (since they could be used to obtain bank loans: signed contracts aren't exactly guaranteed revenue, but they're close enough for a bank's purposes.) It all comes down to the money, and how the mine is going to be built; everything else is just steps along the road towards that, and it remains the single biggest risk to the company right now.
