there is no manipulation, drill hole 4 completed and then the have no cash. no one does a CR at a premium and if your looking to buy you wait til after the CR .
they are just extremely unfortunate to be in this position. if the hit gold... the CR would have been done money in the bank and SP at 30c with current gold prices.
it's extremely undervalued but why buy when you can wait til after CR
