1) Vlakvark, coal not up to standard and is running at a loss after ahving to "buy" coal to blend so its saleable.
2) Aquired a Mashala mine that was already running and only has a couple of years left to run. Could've done taht myself and they still dont own the whole thing.
3) Penumbra first sales not likely till mid 2012.

We'll have 10 billion shares on issue by then and still unlikely to be running cash flow positive.
