I suspect it looks like the trading halt will be withdrawn at open tomorrow!

I would view an offer by someone who wants FSE as a great sign, it may not be over the line at the moment but surely provides some confidence about the scale of the investment in the market place. The fisrt offer is generally not accepted, it will be interesting how this unfolds!

Withdrawal of cautionary and lifting of trade halt
With reference to the cautionary announcement and trading halt published on
SENS on 01 October 2010 shareholders are advised that trading will resume in
the securities of the Company at the commencement of trade on 5th October
2010 and Shareholders are advised that the contents referred to in the
cautionary announcement have ceased to have any relevance or effect on the
company, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when
dealing in their securities.
