    MOU with Greenspace is for 1 year EXCLUSIVE of 1.5 tonne & extension to another year EXCLUSIVE if 3 tonne ordered in year 2

    Assuming they pay the same price as perlite equiv i.e. 1x pallet then 1500Kg x US$650 = US$975,000 = A$1.48Mil at present exchange rate.

    If gross margin is 100% then approx. A$740,000 gross profit. Year 2 would be A$1.48Mil gross

    Hopefully this MOU gets converted to a binding contract, which seems likely if Greenspace is going public via the AFR article.

    So IMO not a company maker overnight but Greenspace obviously thinks it is going to give them a competitive advantage so that is why they are making NC6 go into an exclusivity agreement.

    Maybe that is why the relatively long end date on the SPP i.e. they are hoping to have a binding contract signed before 16th Jan 2024
