    TiZIR Ltd owned 50% by MDL has nett assets of A$800m. The debt is owed to MDL and Eramet (50%) who provided the loans. The TiZIR debt of A$315m is on and secured against the Tyssedal Ti smelter which I understand is worth A$800 - 900m. The replacement value of Grand Cote is A$700m. So MDL's 50% of the NTA is probably between A$400m and A$600m.
