Coz they r not worth it IMHO. Why go to the minnows when the majors like WPL, COP, XOM, CVX, BP, RDS, ORG, STO are such good value. I am still in MRO, Hess, TLW and SXY and that is low enuff in the minnows for me. Thinking of Premier Oil and FAR but do not want to go down the risk curve.
