Morning guys.
Wanted to run through the quarterly proper, and have a constructive discussion re ongoings.
Before I offer all this i just want to say that the entire quarterly is incredibly informative, and there's coverage of almost every component of operations. Everything i touch upon here is just things that have stood out as important to myself - i'm not speaking for anyone but myself.
I would highly, highly recommend reading this quarterly in full.
MGT is doing a good job//--------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------
So I just want to say at this point - something is going on with Iron Peak.
This is no longer about just Razorback. This is very evident.
Whether its about just securing value of tenement and fleshing out negotiable resources,
or whether Iron Peak is something we plan to expand further upon (again), we're yet to know,
but they have clearly indicated in recent announcements that they anticipate Iron Peak to provide a substantial upgrade
to the indicated resource on offer, both in terms of grade and quality.
Its all very interesting.----------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------------
24% used, for thirty years.
And I wonder if that includes Muster Dam.
What it won't include, is the massive amount of resource we haven't even touched.
Crux of this all, is that once we get rolling, all we will do is snowball//
But they've emphasized that to get any of this rolling, they need the initial funding package to get started.
I love this. It's the reason i'm here.
Start small, get the job done.
No bells, no whistles. Just doing the darnn job, to get from point A to B.
Alright, moving on.---------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
*Bang ^
they want to JORC Iron Peak.
That's pretty big, and they wouldn't spend this money at this point in development,
if they weren't expecting an opportunity of some type resulting from this.
(also note the samples. They've been sent for analysis. We'll find out results when they come//)
I've started thinking about situations that might arise from this, re finance - i.e.,
if within a joint venture scenario - JV partner assists/ takes on Iron Peak, as well as Razorback with us
Simple/
And that would be desirable, as Iron Peak is supposed to have an excellent quality resource,
either matching or exceeding Razorback specs.
And that would hardly change, if not even improve, our current fantastic IRR/NPV metrics for Razorback,
as we'd still have everything we have now, but with potential assistance re infrastructure and all else/
So, practically, if it was a 50/50 deal, we'd still have Razorback as shareholders, and all the value from that and those metrics.
Note this little piece:------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------------
...isn't that interesting
Anyway. All speculation. But these are the things we need to think about, as shareholders.
How can we best set ourselves up as a company, to reap maximum finance opportunity when it comes time (i.e. now until Christmas).
And it would very much appear the team is going about this as effectively as possible.
Moving on.--------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------
All great.
Metrics/data likely to improve, even further.
*note the language used here... i.e.,
"we might make Iron Peak part of the deal/for development early on with Razorback".
That's what i'm seeing here. Happy for any other informed perspective.
I am starting to very much wonder indeed - actually, realising, as they've directly utilised the language -
Iron peak may well now have studies achieved and integrated into DFS, as optionality and to present a scenario case.
Very, very interesting indeed.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This.
This is very important.
A lot of people don't think this is important, but it is one of the most important things.
Okay. Enough on that/---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Good to see they're sticking with the theme, and continuously improving their options.
Excellent//--------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Simple, but important, and good to hear.
There's also great sections on Native Title and Cultural Heritage i would recommend scoping.
It's excellent they're putting in the work with environment and local community.
Note below - under the ESG section - including community components/
This stuff is very - very - important for miners nowadays.
This is excellent, and the work here can not be understated enough.
This is exactly the material that will get us in the good books of the people that matter
(but, equitably, also create a happy local environment and community, which is what we want, and need for effective operations and communications).------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Really excited for the future.
Thanks for reading.
