From your post - So if you had a million shares currently worth say $20k after the above scenario you have 100,000 shares worth 18k. Not a bad outcome overall. - I may be slow but how is losing $2k "not a bod outcome overall" Plus when they issue more shares the price becomes further depleted.
Shareholders get screwed with NO RESULT - been there done that.
That may happen for a CR but if they need to do that they they are just as "ill informed" as you.
They either have the goods or not and there is only one way they have it and that is if they REPORT IT.
The only thing THX has plenty of is SHAREHOLDER BLOOD.
Disillusioned - YOU BET.
Never fear there are plenty more investors chanting at the bit to invest in the next CR.
