The Vitol deal was great given the extra pricing they get out of it which more than offsets the 10% interest.

Liquidity is no issue given the rise in oil price and available hedging.

The excellent results in the last two quarters combined with the rise in oil price will significantly increase the value of the assets. This will be shown early next year.
