Not bad. But given how weak the 2H21 guidance was I suppose they were always sandbagging a bit.
Given just how strong the market is at the moment I would've hoped for even higher presales. +17% sounds solid but April 2020 was not exactly a high water mark for the property market. At least these ones are unlikely to fall through.
