Why do you believe it was a great deal at $12.5mil? Do you know the full returns of the project? It doesn't mention anything about return metrics in the announcement?
Im unsure how it was purchased from a private landowner when is was 'Development Approved' - a quick search of the approval should determine the extent the vendor went to in obtaining a Development Approval...
Where does it say it will contribute to FY23???
