This table is from Saferoads 2021 annual report (page 5):
Saferoads' market capitalisation today is $6.4m (at 17c).
Note that it has produced $3.8m in operating cash flows over the last two years. The last two difficult years. And now the outlook is strengthening.
To my eye Saferoads looks undervalued.
