Not sure what the point of these tiny CR are? Raisings annoy some holders, no matter the size, so I think it is like a bandaid - better to rip it off than delay it. Raise a chunk if you need money, not little dribbles. A 6% equity increase doesn't materially affect anybody, so why do one to have a couple of million lying around? If I had to guess, they went over the R&D rebate revenue limit a quarter or two earlier than expected due to fast growth, but that meant a bit of a cashflow crunch as an expected R&D rebate didn't eventuate.
If this is the case, it will look great in 12 months time.
