The fixed term annuitys are running off the shelf. Cost of living pressures are bringing a lot of term deposit money out looking for an extra 1% or so. There will also be a big flight of older folk money out of stocks if the volatility continues. CGF primed with the higher interest rate environment. the next 3 years will be good for them.
