I think that's what happened to FBR as well, but will have to look into it. It took about 8 months to breakout, unlike RAP and SAS both only needed a few months.
Now I realize how important BL is to RAP. I didn't like him before, but now I know how pivotal he is to the share price increase, as he knows how to write juicy announcements and promote the product to sophs. Same as the SAS management, they know how to sell they're product to instos and not just to the academic community.
In my opinion and amateur computations, based on the total shares issued and average volume traded per month, we have another 2.5 months to wait before we have a breakout. This could change though if they could get big buyers to buy in. If more shares will be traded in the next month, we could bunta earlier.
