Is WOW the “free food people” if sales increase is questionable on weather profit over customer care & service?
Experience and Federal Court action shows WOW is crafty and tricky with customers in hidden ways including selling as eco friendly products which were not; its price changes between package sizes of the same product; shelf rotation to bring old “best before” dates and out of date “use by” dates on products to the front of the shelf; and displaying ‘milk with use by dates turned reverse facing the back of the fridges.
