Coles seems to not pre-emptively tell me when stuff has run out, the site loads so slowly and feels like the old days of 1 million SSO redirects, you can't redeem flybuys points on the checkout, the search is terrible compared to woolies, the process for delayed deliveries is a pain, the process to get refunds on poor quality items is hopeless.... I can go on and on. The only benefit I found was cheaper delivery and retention offers. Doesn't justify the pain for most people... and even if it did, that's a lower margin customer base.
