While measuring the net promoter score through 'voice of customer' may largely relate to perceived value for money, how much of the four point decline was due to the bad publicity WOW received through its refusal to stock and sell Australia Day merchandise due to woke management that has forced Mr Brad Banducci to shortly resign as Managing Director?
