Financial services firm Euroz Hartleys has become king of the QV1 castle — so to speak — securing the top two floors of the St Georges Terrace tower with a new lease.
While Elizabeth Quay has vacuumed up thousands of Chevron and Herbert Smith Freehills staff from their QV1 home, the new lease signals the tower is making significant inroads into repopulating its offices.
Euroz, an ASX-listed private wealth, institutional and corporate finance business, has signed a 10-year lease on 2504sqm across levels 37 and 38 of the tower.
The move means Euroz Hartleys can bring its 189 staff together under one roof, after operating from two separate addresses — 58 Mounts Bay Road and 141 St Georges Terrace.
Euroz Hartleys managing director, Tim Bunney, said it would strengthen and support the culture of its business.
Euroz Hartleys worked with tenant advisory group Propertysolve to finalise the deal.
CBRE’s Luke Bray said the new tenancy was “best-in-class”.
QV1 is an amenity and experience-rich precinct, offering excellent facilities and services such as a 24-hour gym, onsite child care, tennis and basketball courts, an EV rideshare and community garden, along with industry-leading environmental innovations and ratings,” he said.
