I see this as a bridging payment so that S32 accept some or all of the cost of maintains operations at Brillandino till IP results. This also allows them to see the IP result before committing funding for the full year 2 operations. After all it is best to know the full scope of the target, before allocating funding to the job. Nobody get funding without a comprehensive thought out plan that is relative to the body of work. It is actually quiet positive....if S32 had no faith in the exploration results to date they wouldn't of added the additional amount and would of walked a month ago.
