They have 550kt in stockpile
APERAM has 2.5 mt capacity and have 8.2 bn sales worldwide and a 7 billion balance sheet.

The agreement will allow shipping flexible volume upto a total commitment of 165kt per month.
Last month they produced about 150kt.
So in essence with the stockpile and their monthly production they expect to continue to provide upto 165KT until 2024.

I am pretty sure they will have an addendum to the contract later this year once they have a better cashflow and can increase their production capacity. This contract alone should be capable of taking all production of Tombador. This is my understanding.
