Yes and about time too, Bobby, the evidence has been here for a long time - but as I have seen elsewhere the take up can be slow at first then proceeds at pace.
For me the Li is king, and importantly there is a major all weather north/south road through the property (or is it a little to the west?)
Another plus is available hydro power which can be connected - important when the net-zeros zero in on projects.
A lot of lithium prospects could stay in the ground for lack of infrastructure
