    re: Ann: Third Supplementary Bidder's Sta... As I understand it 90% is the level for compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares. But at 51% they would have effective control of the company - whether that is a good thing or not I don't know. They couldn't do any worse than current & previous managements.
    A good resource still all in the ground for whatever reason. Politics and greed come to mind.
