LIT reaches "new" height at 11c, in time for the CR. Last CR at 15% participation rate did not last very long. Together with the TO, if given a chance to succeed, the next CR will greatly dilute LIT while doing little to improve the fundamentals.
Why give half of the company away to buy something you already have access to, which is more than enough at this early stage, while you struggle to survive another 12 months?
What will MR market think about this in the next CR? If the next CR fails to raise any serious cash, that will be the end of it.
For LPD, just make sure LIT burns more and more cash doing nonsense stuffs, digging a hole for themselves. That, IMO, will end this TO sooner.
