Some basic calculations
BZ issued 22,800,000 extra shares to Xinhe and Au Xingao. That worked out at 1 extra share for every 4 they held.
If BZ were to offer the same to those holding out - the nett impact if they accepted and then converted their BZ shares 4:1 to EMR would result in an additional 6.9M EMR shares being issued. That's just over 1% of the current mkt cap of EMR.
Surely a simple win? Or am I missing something?
