I have to agree @welds this is dragging on to long now...... just get it done or....... why cant we just let it sit and let the holdouts over at BE park their money indefinitely(starve them in a sense) we all ready have a controlling stake.
In the meantime we go on the acquisition trail again, Okvau is a cash cow and we have quite a war chest building by ~ 25-30mil a qtr. Add to that more Sprott money if required.
Granted there is lost time that nobody gets back, however, there must come a time when it becomes more productive to put your energy into other opportunities.
In my mind eventually those holdouts will want to free up their capital.
